Sanna: The local authority and General Mobilization in Ibb province launched today at Ibb University the events commemorating the anniversary of Yawm al-Wilayah (Ghadir Day) for the year 1447 AH, under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."

According to Yemen News Agency, the launch was attended by the deputy governor of the province, Abdulwahid Al-Marawi, and the Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region, Brigadier General Hammoud Shatan. The mobilization official in the province, Abdul Fattah Ghallab, emphasized the importance of commemorating this anniversary as a faith-based and cultural milestone to draw lessons from the values and principles embodied by Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) in the nation's journey.

The event featured a poem by the poet Jamil Al-Kamil addressing the significance of the occasion and its faith-based and national dimensions, as well as folklore segments by popular troupes.
