Eid Visits and Support Convoy from Ar Rujum District to Fighters in Al-Dhale’ and Marib

Al-mahwit: The local authority, General Mobilization, executive offices, sheikhs, and social figures from Ar Rujum district in Al-Mahwit province recently conducted Eid visits to fighters stationed on the fronts of Al-Dhale' and Al-Jawbah in Marib province. This initiative was organized to coincide with the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

According to Yemen News Agency, the delegation, which included local and executive leaders along with social notables, delivered an Eid convoy to the fighters. The convoy contained livestock and Eid gifts as a symbolic gesture of loyalty and recognition for the sacrifices and efforts the fighters are making in defense of the homeland, ensuring its security and stability.

Mohsen Al-Saqqaf, director of Ar Rujum district, along with Munir Al-Ma'amari, the mobilization official, and Abdulrazzaq Haze', the sheikh of the Al-Shahidhiyah sub-district, praised the steadfastness and resilience demonstrated by the armed forces across various fronts. They emphasized that the visits and convoy are a modest token of gratitude from the district's people to the fighters who are sacrificing for the nation's sovereignty and independence.

The officials noted the significance of the visits aligning with the days of Eid al-Adha, highlighting the deep connection between the military and societal fronts. This reflects the spirit of loyalty and appreciation that the people of Ar Rujum district harbor for the fighters who stand in positions of honor and dignity. They reiterated the district's commitment to continue providing moral and material support to the fronts until victory is achieved, underscoring the essential role of popular cohesion with the armed forces in overcoming challenges and thwarting any conspiracies against the nation.

In response, the fighters on the Al-Dhale' and Al-Jawbah fronts expressed their gratitude for the gesture from the leadership and people of Ar Rujum district. They viewed the visit and Eid convoy as evidence of the solidarity of the internal front and the people's unwavering support for the fighters. They reaffirmed their readiness and commitment to fulfilling their national duties, defending the homeland, and safeguarding its security, stability, and national achievements.
