Amran: Amran Governorate witnessed unprecedented crowds gathering at the Square of the Greatest Messenger in Amran city and the square of Houth District today, celebrating the Mawlid al-Nabawi. The masses, adorned with green banners, chanted slogans of joy and loyalty to the Prophet, in an exceptional scene reflecting popular engagement and deep connection to the Messenger (PBUH).
According to Yemen News Agency, the crowds were led by members of the Presidential Committee, the Governor of Amran, local council officials, and various local, military, and security leaders. Participants affirmed that the commemoration is a station for recalling the values of the Muhammadan message and strengthening connection to the Prophet's biography and path.
Speakers praised the large turnout and emphasized the importance of translating prophetic values into practical behavior. The crowds renewed their mandate to the Revolution Leader to make decisions to reclaim Yemeni rights and plundered wealth, and to expel occupiers. They also blessed the operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces against Saudi mercenaries, declaring their readiness to confront any escalation.
The central events featured poetic recitals and chanting segments expressing the significance of the occasion in the hearts of Yemenis.
