Accra:Jabal Al-Sharq Local authorities and mobilization committees in the districts of Jabal Al-Sharq, Wasab Al-Safil, and Wasab Al-Ali in Dhamar province have initiated cultural events to mark the 1448 AH Martyrs' Anniversary.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events were conducted under the theme 'The Blood of Martyrs Bears the Fruit of Victory' and were attended by local and executive officials, social figures, and families of the martyrs. Speakers at the events emphasized the significance of honoring the martyrs' sacrifices and virtues and upholding the values and principles for which they laid down their lives.
They also highlighted the need for increased religious and humanitarian efforts to support the families of martyrs and those missing, encouraging visits and participation in the anniversary activities. Additionally, the speakers called for coordinated efforts between officials and the public to honor the occasion, support the martyrs' families, and continue mobilization efforts, adhering to the martyrs' path in defending the homeland, its security, and independence.
