Sana'a:Al-Wahdah district in the Capital Sana'a witnessed a large armed rally on Tuesday under the slogan "Mobilization and Readiness to Confront Aggression and Break the Siege." This event was organized in support of the armed forces as they face the Saudi enemy and its mercenaries.
According to Yemen News Agency, the rally was attended by Capital Sana'a Advisor Mohammed Ahmed, District Director Aqeel Al-Saqqaf, and General Mobilization Official Abdullah Al-Dhurafi. Participants chanted slogans denouncing enemies and traitors, advocating for general mobilization and heightened readiness to confront Saudi aggression and the siege until victory is secured.
The rally's participants expressed their full support for the armed forces' operations within Saudi territory and the targeting of enemy troop concentrations across various fronts. They emphasized their commitment to the "siege for siege" and "escalation for escalation" strategies until the blockade is broken and the rights of the Yemeni people are restored, ultimately defeating the aggression and occupation.
They reaffirmed their absolute allegiance to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and their complete readiness to reinforce the fronts with funds and fighters, defending the homeland's sovereignty, security, and stability regardless of the sacrifices required.
The rally also condemned the ongoing Saudi aggression and blockade, along with the crimes committed against the Yemeni people over the past 12 years. Participants denounced attempts to divert the people from their steadfast positions on national issues, particularly the Palestinian cause, arguing that these actions serve the Zionist enemy and aim to return the nation to foreign dependency.
A statement issued at the rally called for general mobilization, urging men, arms, and equipment to confront the Saudi enemy's crimes against the Yemeni people. It also called for those misled to return to the national fold, take advantage of the presidential amnesty, and stop participating in actions that serve the Saudi enemy and its Zionist handlers.
The statement reiterated a united stand with the armed forces against the blockade and Saudi criminality, pledging to enforce the "blockade for blockade" and "escalation for escalation" principles until justice is achieved. It also reaffirmed a commitment to steadfast Quranic and moral stances on the issues affecting the Muslim community, particularly the Palestinian cause and the defense of Islamic holy sites.
In addition, the statement emphasized support for Al-Aqsa, calling attention to its desecration by Zionists and criticizing regimes that have normalized relations with Israel. It pledged that those with faith and wisdom would not abandon their holy sites and would strive to cleanse them from Zionist occupation.
On the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lieutenant General Mohammed Abdul-Karim Al-Ghammari, the statement renewed the district's pledge to honor his memory and continue the struggle to liberate Al-Quds, expel occupiers, and confront tyrants.
