Sana'a: The governorate of Sana'a on Friday witnessed massive marches and rallies commemorating the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr, held under the slogan: "With Iran and Lebanon, we Commemorate the Day of Criterion (Yawm al-Furqan)." Participants in the marches, which spanned the districts of Manakhah, Sa'fan, and Al-Haymah al-Dakhiliyah and al-Kharijiyah, emphasized that their mobilization stems from their Islamic, moral, and principled duty.
According to Yemen News Agency, those involved framed their actions as Jihad in the cause of Allah, seeking His pleasure, and carrying the banner of Islam against the tyrants of the era-the Zionist Jews, Americans, and Israelis. They declared their unwavering stance with the Iranian people and their Islamic system, pledged continued support for the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, and affirmed their high readiness to face the threats and conspiracies looming over the nation.
A statement issued by the marches congratulated the Islamic nation on the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr, noting that it serves as a reminder of the inevitable victory of truth over falsehood, regardless of the disparity in material capabilities. Participants renewed their covenant with Allah, His Messenger, and the Leader to remain steadfast on the path of Jihad.
The statement reaffirmed a firm moral stance against "modern-day tyranny" represented by global Zionism and its agents-the US and the Zionist enemy entity-alongside Western regimes and their allies. It emphasized that "hands are on the trigger," citing readiness for any military escalation or developments as announced by the Leader in his speech yesterday. It characterized the current conflict as a battle for the entire nation against the "Greater Israel" project.
Full support was voiced for the Iranian people, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and Hezbollah, praising their strikes against Zionist and American bases. The statement also lauded the "effective support operations" by the Iraqi Resistance. The statement further called upon Arabic and Islamic regimes that have opened their lands to enemies to repent for their loyalty to Jews and Christians and to move swiftly to expel these bases from Islamic lands.
Additionally, the statement condemned recent strikes by "Zionist Jews and Americans" against civilian targets in the region, labeling them as "Jewish deception" intended to drag other nations into fighting under the banner of Zionist war criminals. It warned these nations against involvement in such actions.
The statement concluded by urging the peoples of the Islamic nation to increase their awareness of the risks and to act seriously and effectively, trusting in Allah's victory for His righteous servants.
