Sana’a: The Parliament hailed the massive, million-strong public turnout witnessed on Friday at Al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana’a and across the various liberated governorates.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Parliament praised the grand rallies that filled the public squares, affirming steadfast commitment to the just cause, supporting the Armed Forces in enforcing the “blockade-for-blockade” equation, and refuting the fabricated lie regarding the targeting of Holy Mecca.
It expressed pride in the wisdom of the Leader of the Revolution, affirming its endorsement and support for the contents of the exceptional and historic speech delivered by the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. Through this speech, he laid out the facts clearly before the nation and the entire world, exposing the falsehood of rumors and fabrications directed against Yemen and its struggling people.
The Parliament reiterated its support for the Leader of the Revolution’s emphasis that the Saudi regime’s allegations and fabrications regarding Yemen targeting Holy Mecca are nothing but a “big lie” and a blatant, grave slander-intended to compensate for its abject failure and battlefield setbacks in the face of the steadfastness of our great people and their Armed Forces.
It emphasized that the Islamic and faith-based honor of the Yemeni people-whom the Great Messenger described as the people of “faith and wisdom”-stands far above such false accusations. It affirmed that the Yemeni people hold the nation’s sanctities in Makkah, Madinah, and Al-Aqsa Mosque above all else, and are prepared to sacrifice themselves, their weapons, and their blood to protect and safeguard them from any threat-particularly the Zionist threat and its allies.
The Council reiterated its warning to all regimes and anyone who aligns with this slander or supports it without verification. It asserted that falling into the trap of disinformation constitutes complicity in sin and moral bankruptcy, and represents a grave insult to the free, struggling Yemeni people who defend the nation’s causes-foremost among them the Palestinian cause.
It explained that this honorable and direct public presence serves to convey decisive messages of faith and patriotism: steadfast commitment to the Yemeni people’s just cause; continued resilience in the face of aggression and blockade; defense of the faith-based and Islamic honor of Yemen and the nation; and the refutation of the Saudi regime’s fabrications and its abhorrent exploitation of Islamic sanctities-a desperate attempt to mask its crimes against civilians, civilian infrastructure, and the resources of the Yemeni people.
The statement noted that the honorable presence of Yemenis in public squares reaffirms their principled and historic solidarity with the Palestinian people, the nation’s sanctities, and the noble Al-Aqsa Mosque against the Zionist enemy. It affirmed that the Yemeni people have always been-and remain-an impregnable bastion for Islam and Islamic sanctities, and that such fabrications will only strengthen their steadfastness and their conviction in the justice of their cause and God’s promised victory.
