Dhamar: The Researcher Abdullah Hassan Al-Ashbat was awarded a Master's degree with distinction from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Dhamar University for his thesis titled 'Strategic Leadership and Its Role in Risk Management - A Field Study on a Sample of Leaders from the Yemeni Ministry of Oil and Minerals.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion and evaluation committee consisted of Dr. Amal Al-Mujahid, Professor of Business Administration at Dhamar University, as Chair and internal examiner; Dr. Zaid Al-Shaush, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Amran University, as external examiner; and Dr. Amer Al-Sanbani, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Dhamar University, as member and thesis supervisor.
During the defense session, attended by academics and researchers, the committee praised the researcher's efforts and the excellence of his thesis.
