Ma'in: The Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hammoud Abbad, today inspected the progress of work on the rehabilitation and asphalting project of Street 12 in the Ma'in district, at a cost of 30 million Yemeni riyals with local funding.
According to Yemen News Agency, Abbad was accompanied by the head of the planning sector in the Capital Secretariat, Dr. Abdulwahab Sharaf Al Din, the director of initiatives projects, Engineer Ahmed Al Mashraqi, and the district director, Abdulmalik Al Radhi. They reviewed the implementation of the rehabilitation work on Salah Al Din Street in the Al Qubbah neighborhood, carried out by the executive unit for the construction, maintenance, and development of roads and public places.
The Mayor of the Capital emphasized the importance of adhering to technical specifications and the required quality to ensure the project's sustainability. He urged increased efforts to complete the project to facilitate the movement of citizens in the neighborhood and surrounding alleys.
For his part, the director of Ma'in district explained the importance of this project for rehabilitating and maintaining Street 12 to improve traffic flow. He appreciated the attention of the Capital Secretariat leadership in implementing service projects that meet the needs of citizens.
