Sana'a: The Yemeni Scholars League and the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance organized a mobilization meeting today at the Grand Mosque in Sana'a titled "The Obligation to Support Muslims in Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine Against the Arrogant Enemies of the Nation, America and Israel."

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting began with the recitation of Al-Fatiha for the soul of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, and all the martyrs of the Axis of Resistance and Yemen. It was held in solidarity with Iran, Hezbollah, and Palestine, and to commemorate the anniversary of the Battle of Badr and the Conquest of Mecca.

In the opening of the meeting, the Mufti of Yemen - Head of the Yemeni Scholars League, Allama Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, emphasized the importance of commemorating the rituals of God - the anniversary of the Day of Criterion (Yawm al-Furqan) - the Battle of Badr, which God Almighty immortalized in His Holy Book, and which He mentioned in the Holy Quran in Surat al-Anfal.

Allama Sharaf al-Din defined returning to the Book of God as the nation's commitment not to take enemies as allies, not to rely on oppressors, to urge people towards jihad in the cause of God, and to call for uniting the word of the nation, unifying ranks, and abandoning division, sectarianism, hatred, and partisanship.

The Mufti of Yemen reaffirmed Yemen's solidarity with Iran, its support for the nation's causes, and its refusal to relinquish the rights of any Muslim or believer, whether Sunni or Shia. He emphasized the necessity of obeying God Almighty and the noble Prophet, patience, and enduring harm as conditions for victory.

For his part, the Head of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Allama Abdul Majeed Al-Houthi, highlighted the importance of commemorating religious occasions that occurred in Islamic history, including the Great Battle of Badr and the Conquest of Mecca. He affirmed that the Islamic world is living through a dangerous phase today, which requires confronting it with awareness, insight, and knowledge of the enemy.

He expressed regret over some Arab and Islamic countries siding with America against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which for 40 years has worked to serve the nation's causes and support the oppressed, while those regimes abandoned the nation's central cause, "Palestine."

Allama Al-Houthi reiterated confidence in the leadership of the Iranian people in overcoming the fierce onslaught they are facing from the hegemonic and arrogant powers, America and Israel, and the treacherous regimes. He stressed the necessity of returning to the Book of God Almighty to draw lessons of victory over enemies.

In the meeting, attended by the Deputy Head of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance, Allama Fuad Naji, the Secretary-General of the Yemeni Scholars League, Allama Taha Al-Hadri, affirmed the importance of commemorating Islamic occasions, including the Battle of Badr and the Conquest of Mecca.

A statement issued by the mobilization meeting, delivered by a member of the Supreme Judicial Council - the Mufti of Taiz Governorate, Allama Alawi bin Aqeel, called for benefiting and drawing lessons and morals from the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr and the Conquest of Mecca. The scholars of Yemen reiterated their strong condemnation of the heinous crime committed by global Zionism, represented by America and Israel, in assassinating the venerable divine scholar and the great exceptional Islamic leader, the Leader, Imam, and Martyr, Sayyed Ali Khamenei.

The statement declared comprehensive solidarity and full support for the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah, Palestine, and Iraq, considering supporting them against the most powerful and severe arrogant enemies of God, America, and Israel, a religious duty and a faith-based responsibility that admits no neutrality. They affirmed the prohibition of cooperating with America and Israel in any form or manner, as that is cooperation in sin and aggression.

The scholars of Yemen also affirmed the obligation to support Gaza, Palestine, and Al-Aqsa Mosque, to liberate them from the hegemony of the usurping Jews. They urged the Lebanese government to correct its shameful position of aligning with the Zionist and American enemy against the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.

The statement called upon the scholarly, intellectual, academic, political, and media elites, and all the peoples and armies of the Islamic nation to seize this historic opportunity to confront the American and Israeli violation of the nation. The aggression on the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah, and Palestine is aggression on the entire nation.
