Ibb: A meeting was held today at the branch of the General Authority for Water Resources and Facilities in Ibb Governorate to discuss the performance level of various departments and divisions, as part of institutional performance evaluation, enhancing work efficiency, and developing task implementation mechanisms to meet the requirements of the current phase.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, which included the Director General of the Authority's branch in the governorate, Mohammed Al-Warafi, department and division directors, and branch staff, reviewed the achievement level during the past period, the progress of task and mandate implementation, and mechanisms for developing institutional performance to contribute to improving service quality.
The meeting praised the level of discipline among branch employees and their commitment to carrying out their assigned tasks, which was reflected in improved performance and faster task completion. It emphasized the need to adhere to technical standards and legal controls, and to ensure accuracy and objectivity when preparing and submitting technical reports.
The meeting stressed the importance of following up on cases pending before judicial authorities and monitoring the branch lawyer's litigation procedures to ensure the protection of the Authority's rights and the preservation of water resources. It also emphasized the importance of continuing to register and rectify the status of existing wells in accordance with technical standards and legal controls.
Attendees recommended the continued coordination between departments and divisions, intensifying follow-up and periodic evaluation of performance levels to contribute to raising institutional work efficiency and achieving the Authority's objectives in protecting and developing water resources and facilities.
The Director of the Authority's branch affirmed the importance of everyone being mindful of divine oversight in performing their duties, and embodying integrity and sincerity in serving citizens, working in line with state directions aimed at improving service levels and facilitating and simplifying transaction procedures.
