Meeting Focuses on Efforts to Normalize Conditions in Mocha District

Mocha: A meeting of the Local Council in Mocha district of Taiz governorate was held on Tuesday, chaired by Province undersecretaries Fuad Sinan and Mohammed Al-Husseini, to discuss efforts to normalize conditions and provide services to citizens.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by the Head of the Governorate Court of Appeal, Judge Fawaz Al-Muqtari, the Head of the General Authority for Red Sea Fisheries, Hussein Al-Attas, and the Director of the Governor's Office, Fayez Al-Mawshaki. The discussions focused on ways to activate administrative operations within the district's Local Council, follow up on the presidential amnesty decree, normalize public life, and activate service and development sectors.

The participants approved an urgent development and service matrix and agreed on field visits to form technical and advisory committees. These committees are tasked with assessing citizens' basic needs, activating the agricultural and fisheries sectors, fostering economic empowerment, supporting fishermen and farmers, and reactivating security and judicial functions to safeguard citizens' rights.
