Mukayras: The Mobilization Committee for the Prophet's Birthday celebrations in Mukayras District, Al-Bayda Governorate, held a meeting on Monday with the participation of Governor Abdullah Idris and Dr. Qassem Al-Hamran, head of the Presidential Committee in charge of mobilization for the Mawlid events.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed the mobilization tasks of the field committees in preparation for the central celebration. The discussions, attended by Deputy Governors Zain Al-Riyami and Saleh Al-Mansouri, along with Mukayras District Director Yasser Juhlan, focused on mechanisms for preparation and mass mobilization for the central event scheduled to be held on 12 Rabi' al-Awwal in Al-Sawadiyah District.
Participants emphasized the importance of collective responsibility to ensure the success of the Mawlid celebrations, mobilizing for the central event, and making use of this occasion as a platform for education, awareness, and spiritual mobilization.
Governor Idris urged the mobilization committees to intensify their efforts to generate the required momentum for broad public participation in the central celebration marking the Prophet's birth (peace be upon him and his family). He stressed that the commemoration also serves to highlight the resilience of the Yemeni people in confronting global tyrants through their steadfast adherence to the Prophet's teachings in word and deed.
He added that the purpose of this mobilization is to strengthen the bond with the Prophet, his spirit, and his life of struggle against disbelievers and hypocrites, affirming that striving in the path of God remains the essential path to safeguarding the nation, its faith, and its dignity among nations.
For his part, Dr. Al-Hamran highlighted the importance of showcasing the blessing of leadership, supporting the Yemeni armed forces, and amplifying the broad and unique popular movement in support of Gaza, which has reaffirmed Yemen's leading role in the Islamic nation. He underlined the need to promote the value of struggle and expose the destructive role of client regimes.
He further called on everyone to actively participate in activities and events, as a reaffirmation of Yemen's faith-based identity and the deep-rooted bond of Yemenis with Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
