Sana'a: The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has forecast partly cloudy to cloudy weather, with a possibility of scattered rainfall over the mountainous highlands during the next 24 hours. In its weather bulletin received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the center stated that the weather in the mountainous highlands is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy, with a chance of scattered rain showers, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms, over parts of the western and central highlands and inland plateaus during the afternoon and evening. Fog or mist may form over some areas during the night and early morning.

According to Yemen News Agency, in coastal regions, the weather will generally be partly cloudy, with light to moderate rainfall expected over parts of the coast and the Socotra Archipelago. Winds will be moderate to occasionally active along the western coast and Bab al-Mandab.

The center indicated that desert areas will experience clear to partly cloudy conditions, with moderate winds that may occasionally become active, stirring up dust and sand.

The National Center of Meteorology urged citizens in the western mountainous highlands to avoid being in valleys and flood pathways and advised taking necessary precautions. It also warned drivers on mountainous roads of reduced horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog or mist.
