Beirut: The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning forecast scattered thunderstorms of varying intensity over parts of several governorates during the next 24 hours. According to Yemen News Agency, the weather bulletin issued by the center indicates that thunderstorms of varying intensity are expected over parts of the governorates of Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Raymah, Al Mahwit, and Hajjah. Scattered rainfall, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is likely over parts of the highlands of Al Mahrah, Hadramout, Shabwah, Abyan, Al Bayda, Lahj, and Al Dhalea, and the western parts of Sana'a, Amran, and Saada, including parts of the Tihama Plain. The center warned citizens in the areas expected to receive rainfall of flash floods in valleys and watercourses and against being present in or crossing their paths.
