Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed Thursday at 7316.65 points, down 31.8 points, or 0.43 percent, compared to the previous trading session's close of 7348.49 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, trading value reached 34,379,340 Omani rials, a decrease of 22.8 percent compared to the previous session's value of 44,525,934 Omani rials. The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange stated that the market capitalization decreased by 0.190 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately 36.17 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omanis' purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 2.669 million Omani riyals, representing 7.76 percent, while non-Omanis' sales amounted to 3.321 million Omani riyals, representing 9.66 percent. Meanwhile, the net non-Omani investment decreased by 653 thousand Omani riyals, representing 1.90 percent.
