Ministry of Information Leaders Pay Respects at Martyrs’ Tombs

Sana'a: Leaders from the Ministry of Information and its affiliated institutions visited today the tombs of martyrs President Saleh Al-Samad, Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahawi, his fellow ministers, Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Ghamari, and the tomb of martyred Minister of Information Hashim Sharaf Al-Din.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Information Dr. Omar Al-Bakhiti, Undersecretaries for Policy and Content Dr. Ahmed Al-Shami and for External Relations and Media Mohammed Mansour, along with several heads of media sectors, recited Al-Fatiha and Surah Al-Ikhlas for the souls of martyrs Al-Samad and Al-Rahawi, their fellow martyred ministers, martyr Al-Ghamari, and all the martyrs of the nation who fell in the battle of steadfastness and resilience against the aggression, the battle of the promised victory, and the holy jihad.

The visitors laid three wreaths of flowers on the tombs of martyrs President Al-Samad, Prime Minister Al-Rahawi, the ministers, and Lieutenant General Al-Ghamari. They praised the sacrifices of the great martyrs in confronting the forces of aggression and the heroic deeds they performed in defense of their land, honor, and sovereignty, affirming that the blood of the martyrs has today yielded dignity, freedom, and victory for Yemen and the Yemeni people.

The Deputy Minister of Information emphasized that the values of loyalty to the martyr Hashem Sharaf al-Din and all the martyrs place upon everyone the responsibility to follow in their footsteps, draw lessons and inspiration from their sacrifices, and reaffirm their commitment to their path until victory is achieved.

The visitors considered visiting the graves of the great martyr leaders the least that could be done to commemorate their achievements, strengthen their connection to them, and follow their example. They prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon the great martyrs and all the martyrs of the nation and the axis of jihad and resistance, to elevate their ranks, reward them on behalf of their people, their homeland, and their nation with the best of rewards, and grant them a place in Paradise with the martyrs and the righteous.
