Sana'a: The Ministry of Local and Rural Administration and Development mourned the passing of Yahya Abdullah Ghlais, Deputy Director of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local and Rural Administration and Development, who died after a life dedicated to service and giving back to his country.
