Sana'a: The General Administration of Cultural and Social Activity at the Ministry of Youth and Sports organized a tourist visit for the Fahman Club football team from Abyan, who are participating in the Republic Football Championship, to the historical and archaeological landmark "Dar al-Hajar" in Wadi Dahr, Sana'a governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the delegation and team of Fahman Club explored the various sections and halls of the palace and received detailed explanations from the staff about the history of its construction, its restoration, and the cultural and architectural significance it embodies. The visit emphasized the creativity of the Yemeni people through the ages.
Dr. Mohammed Haj, Director of Cultural and Social Activity, stated that the visit aimed to strengthen ties among youth and sports communities across the nation and to introduce athletes from different governorates to Yemen's historical and tourist landmarks. The administration and delegation of Fahman Club expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the trip and their appreciation for Dar al-Hajar as a testament to the ancient Yemeni civilization's greatness.
