Sana'a:Researcher Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil has been awarded a PhD in Business Administration Philosophy from the Business Administration Center at Sana'a University. His dissertation focused on the role of strategic leadership in achieving institutional excellence through the quality of work life, specifically examining private universities in the capital, Sana'a.
According to Yemen News Agency, the dissertation was well-received by the examination committee. The committee, chaired by Dr. Hamoud Aqlan, an internal examiner and professor at Sana'a University, included Dr. Abdul-Fattah Al-Qurs, an external examiner from Amran University, and Dr. Tawfiq Al-Sunbani, the supervisor from Dhamar University. They commended the research for its scientific methodology and the valuable findings it presented.
