Sana'a: Technical teams of the National Task Force for Simplifying Procedures continued field visits on Tuesday to public service units as part of the third phase of monitoring the implementation of simplified procedure matrices in targeted units.

According to Yemen News Agency, the first team, headed by Dr. Yahya al-Marrani, Head of the Prevention and Deterrence Department at the Supreme Anti-Corruption Commission and member of the national task force, visited the Sana'a branch of the General Authority for Lands. The team reviewed the simplified procedures matrix with branch director Yahya Al-Shami and the Authority's development team, assessed the level of implementation, and approved and signed the matrix. Dr. al-Madani stated that the national team will continue providing technical support to the Authority to ensure full implementation of the matrix, aiming to simplify procedures and enhance satisfaction among citizens and service users.

Meanwhile, the second team, led by Qais al-Raddai, representative of the Central Organization for Control and Auditing and member of the national task force, met with Mohammed al-Farzai, Deputy Director for Operations at the General Authority for Investment. They reviewed the implementation of the matrix, focusing on the Authority's transition to providing electronic services for investors through the one-stop window. Al-Raddai emphasized the need to establish a clear mechanism for receiving, processing, and resolving complaints to ensure fairness and justice.

The field visits, covering 21 priority public service units, aim to evaluate the level of implementation of proposed improvements designed by the task force based on inspection and assessment reports of service centers and mechanisms.
