Taiz: The Moral Guidance Department of the Armed Forces has mourned journalist Abdulqawi Ali Al-Ameeri, a member of the staff of 26 September Newspaper and its website, who passed away on Saturday after a life devoted to work in the field of journalism.
According to Yemen News Agency, the obituary statement praised the virtues of the late journalist, as well as his efforts and contributions in the media field within the Moral Guidance Department, and the efforts he exerted throughout his journalistic career in serving the Moral Guidance of the Armed Forces.
The Moral Guidance Department expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to Dr. Ahmed Al-Ameeri, his brothers, family members, and the Al-Ameeri family in Sharab Al-Salam District, Taiz Governorate, over this loss, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.
'Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.'
The body of the deceased will be laid to rest at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow, Sunday, at Majel Al-Damma Cemetery, following funeral prayers at Al-Kumaim Mosque on Khawlan Street.
