Sana'a: The Security Directorate of Munaqa district in Sana'a governorate on Wednesday held a commemorative event celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony, attended by District Director Munir al-Kebsi, highlighted the spiritual and national significance of the occasion. Aziz Al-Rajali, Technical and Vocational Education Officer, emphasized that celebrating the Prophet's birthday reflects Yemenis' adherence to his teachings and values in confronting oppression and injustice.
Ali Mas'ad, Secretary-General of the local council, noted the broad community participation as a demonstration of unity and Yemen's leading role in supporting the Palestinian cause.
Director of Security Colonel Shaker al-Shabibi underscored that the Prophet's life serves as a source of moral and spiritual resilience, encouraging citizens to uphold security, stability, and national unity while resisting attempts to undermine the country.
