Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed on Monday at 5649.81 points, down 9.7 points, or 0.17 percent, compared to the previous trading session's close of 5659.53 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, trading value reached 25,427,742 Omani rials, a decrease of 15.8 percent compared to the previous session's value of 30,214,501 Omani rials. The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization decreased by 0.139 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately 31.33 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 1.938 million Omani rials, representing 7.62 percent, while non-Omani sales reached 2.330 million Omani rials, or 9.16 percent. The net non-Omani investment decreased by 393,000 Omani rials, a drop of 1.54 percent.
