Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 index closed on Monday at 4,578.22 points, gaining 13.2 points (or 0.29%) compared to the last trading session, which stood at 4,565 points. The trading value reached OMR 15,260,127, marking an increase of 54.4% from the previous session's OMR 9,885,581. According to Yemen News Agency, a report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization rose by 0.082% compared to the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 28.38 billion. The value of shares purchased by non-Omani investors amounted to OMR 864,000, representing 5.66% of total trading, while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR 903,000, or 5.91%. Consequently, the net investment by non-Omani investors decreased by OMR 38,000, a decline of 0.25%.
