Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX 30) index closed on Thursday at 4,930.08 points, up by 29.8 points, or 0.61%, compared to the previous trading session's close of 4,900.31 points. Trading value stood at 21,742,254 Omani rials, marking a 2% increase compared to the previous session's value of 21,309,851 rials.
According to Yemen News Agency, the daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that market capitalization rose by 0.168% from the previous trading day, reaching approximately 29.61 billion rials. The value of non-Omani purchases on the exchange reached 1.56 million rials, accounting for 7.18% of total trades, while non-Omani sales amounted to 2 million rials, or 9.20%. Net non-Omani investment declined by 440,000 rials, representing a decrease of 2.02%.
