Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) closed today, Wednesday, with a significant gain of 0.95%, ending the session at 4,596.69 points, up 43.2 points from the previous session. Trading value also surged to approximately OMR 41.79 million, marking an 88.3% increase compared to the previous day's session. According to Yemen News Agency, the MSX daily report indicated that the market capitalization rose by 0.293%, reaching OMR 28.39 billion. As for foreign investment activity, non-Omani purchases amounted to about OMR 592,000, representing 1.42% of total trades. Non-Omani sales totaled around OMR 862,000, or 2.06% of total trades. This resulted in a net foreign investment outflow of OMR 270,000, down 0.65%.
