Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange "30" index closed on Monday at 7,466.71 points, rising 64.1 points, or 0.87%, compared to the previous trading session which closed at 7,402.65 points. According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 53,515,851 Omani riyals, an increase of 6.2% compared to the previous trading session which stood at 50,379,244 Omani riyals. The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization rose by 0.425% from the last trading day, reaching approximately 36.63 billion Omani riyals. The value of non-Omani purchases in the bourse amounted to 3,787,000 Omani riyals, representing 7.08% of total trading, while non-Omani sales reached 4,160,000 Omani riyals, accounting for 7.77%. Net non-Omani investment declined by 373,000 Omani riyals, or 0.70%.
