Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed Tuesday at 7507.94 points, marking an increase of 41.2 points, or 0.55 percent, from the previous trading session's close of 7466.71 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 46,591,249 Omani rials, showing a decrease of 12.9 percent compared to the previous session's value of 53,515,851 Omani rials.
The daily report from the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market capitalization increased by 0.275 percent compared to the previous trading day, reaching approximately 36.73 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange were recorded at 3 million and 397 thousand Omani riyals, accounting for 7.29 percent of the total, while non-Omani sales were at 4 million and 313 thousand Omani riyals, representing 9.26 percent. This resulted in a net decrease in non-Omani investment by 916 thousand Omani riyals, equating to 1.97 percent.
