Sanaa: On this day, June 30, a series of airstrikes and ground shelling by US-Saudi-Emirati forces resulted in the deaths and injuries of numerous citizens, alongside the destruction of public and private properties across several Yemeni governorates. According to Yemen News Agency, the aggression began on June 30, 2015, with four members of the same family losing their lives after airstrikes targeted the home of Fahmi Al-Najdi in Taiz City. The attack also damaged nearby houses. The airstrikes were reported to support Al-Qaeda elements and Islah militias, causing further devastation in Taiz. In Amran Governorate, one citizen was killed and four others were injured due to airstrikes on Harf Sufyan District. The strikes also targeted trucks carrying gas and food, alongside causing damage in Qaflat Udhur District. Saada Governorate witnessed several airstrikes on Juma bin Fadel area, Jabal Anam, and Al-Saifi area. On June 30, 2016, airstrikes hit Nihm District in Sana'a Governorate six times, completely dest roying a citizen's house in Al-Ghail village. In Taiz, airstrikes damaged Bir Basha neighborhood, the Old Airport area, and destroyed Osama bin Zaid School in Al-Taiziyah District. Airstrikes and artillery fire also targeted areas in Marib Governorate. A year later, on June 30, 2017, airstrikes in Saada Governorate resulted in the death of a citizen and destruction of property in Borkan area. Further strikes hit Madhab, Shada, and Al-Dhahir Districts, while artillery shelling in Al-Mokha District, Taiz, led to the death of a woman and serious injury to a young girl. In 2018, airstrikes targeted a farm in Bayt Al-Faqih District of Hodeida Governorate and the Technical Institute near Sana'a International Airport. Saada Governorate saw airstrikes on Al-Sawad and Al-Majzab areas, while Saudi military shelling damaged properties in Razih and Munabbih Districts. On June 30, 2019, artillery shelling injured seven citizens, including a child and two women, in Hodeida City. Further shelling targeted residential are as and commercial properties in various districts. Airstrikes continued to hit areas in Hajjah and Saada Governorates. In 2020, airstrikes and artillery shelling hit residential areas and Hodeida International Airport. Strikes also targeted districts in Marib, Al-Jawf, Hajjah, and Al-Bayda Governorates, while populated villages in Saada suffered from cross-border shelling. June 30, 2021, saw eight injuries in Munabbih District from artillery shelling, with additional injuries and property damage in Shada and Al-Dhahir Districts. Airstrikes targeted Marib and Al-Jawf Governorates, while military fortifications and artillery fire impacted Al-Tuhayat District. On June 30, 2022, reconnaissance aircraft launched strikes on Hays District in Hodeida, while mercenaries shelled areas with artillery and live ammunition. Further airstrikes and ground attacks occurred in Taiz, Marib, and Al-Dhalea Governorates, impacting civilian areas.
