Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today, Sunday, at 8028.88 points, up 61.3 points, or 0.77 percent, compared to the previous trading session's close of 7967.60 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 65,135,217 Omani rials, a decrease of 2.8 percent compared to the previous session's value of 67,014,005 Omani rials. The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange stated that the market capitalization increased by 0.244 percent compared to the previous trading day, reaching approximately 37.56 billion Omani rials.
Non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 6 million and 636 thousand Omani riyals, constituting 10.19 percent, while non-Omani sales amounted to 5 million and 613 thousand Omani riyals, constituting 8.62 percent. The net non-Omani investment increased by 1 million and 22 thousand Omani riyals, constituting 1.57 percent.
