Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange "30" index closed on Wednesday at 8,233 points, marking a rise of 2.1 points or 0.03% in comparison to the previous trading session, which ended at 8,230.86 points.
According to Yemen News Agency, the trading value reached 66,800,546 Omani riyals, reflecting an increase of 8.5% compared to the last trading session, where the trading value was recorded at 61,568,377 Omani riyals.
The daily report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted a decrease in market capitalization by 0.043% from the last trading day, reaching approximately 38.15 billion Omani riyals.
Non-Omani purchases on the exchange amounted to 4,065,000 Omani riyals, accounting for 6.08% of total purchases, while non-Omani sales were 6,161,000 Omani riyals, making up 9.22%. This resulted in a decrease in non-Omani net investment by 2,096,000 Omani riyals, or 3.14%.
