Nahm Tribesmen Mobilize Against Saudi Escalation

Sana'a:An armed tribal gathering took place in Nahm District, Sana'a Province, where Nahm tribesmen declared a general mobilization to confront what they termed as Saudi escalation. The gathering was held under the slogan 'Mobilization and Readiness to Confront Escalation with Escalation,' condemning Saudi actions against the Yemeni people.

According to Yemen News Agency, participants at the gathering chanted slogans denouncing ongoing Saudi attacks and blockades, which they claim serve US and Israeli interests. They expressed full readiness to confront the aggression and break the siege, affirming their allegiance to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and support for Yemeni armed forces' operations within Saudi territory. This is under the principle of 'blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation' until the blockade is lifted and looted rights and resources are recovered.

Speakers at the event, including Shura Council members Mujahid al-Nuaimi and Mohsen Jamil, along with provincial officials and local leaders, emphasized the importance of collective efforts to break the blockade and restore Yemeni rights. They argued that Saudi escalation and continued aggression would not achieve its objectives.

In a statement, the Nahm tribesmen pledged their personnel, weapons, and equipment to confront the Saudi aggression and blockade. They accused the blockade of attempting to force the Yemeni people to abandon their positions on national causes, particularly Palestine. The statement also called on those supporting the enemy to return to the national fold and benefit from the presidential amnesty.

The tribesmen reaffirmed their support for the Palestinian people and Al-Aqsa Mosque, condemning the silence of regimes that support normalization with Israel over repeated violations. On the anniversary of Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim al-Ghamari's death, participants renewed their commitment to continue his legacy in confronting external forces.

Additionally, the statement congratulated the Palestinian people and their resistance on the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, reiterating support for resistance forces against occupation.
