Sana'a:Yemeni Telecoms emerged victorious in the October 14 Revolution Cup, marking the 63rd anniversary of the event, with a resounding 5-1 win over CAC Bank. The match was hosted by the Yemeni Corporate Sports Federation at the Recreational Club in Sana'a and sponsored by the Public Telecommunications Corporation.
According to Yemen News Agency, Mehdi Mubarak was instrumental in the victory, scoring the first goal in the 29th minute and adding another in the 35th. Despite a goal by Ahmed Mattash for CAC Bank in the 39th minute, Yemeni Telecoms secured their win with additional goals from Hisham Al-Falahi, Sami Al-Haimi, and Mohammed Hajaf in the 41st, 58th, and 59th minutes, respectively.
After the match, the trophy was presented to the Yemeni Telecoms captain by Samir Hawthan, deputy director of the corporation's executive unit, and Sami Asadah, director of public relations. The event was attended by Anwar Al-Haimi, Secretary-General of the Yemeni Corporate Sports Federation, as well as several board members and officials.
