Sana'a: The National Team for Simplifying Transaction Procedures and Improving Service Quality convened a meeting led by Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Anas Sufyan. The meeting focused on evaluating reports from technical teams responsible for providing support to public service units.

According to Yemen News Agency, the technical teams have been conducting field visits to offer technical and advisory support aimed at developing service centers and simplifying transaction procedures. The teams also work on activating complaint units and assessing the completion rate in each unit. The Deputy Minister urged units to adhere to the timelines set in the implementation matrix, which aims to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

During the meeting, Sufyan emphasized that technical teams will continue to perform both regular and surprise visits to monitor and evaluate the implementation of simplified procedures in public service centers. These visits aim to ensure that the procedures are being followed and that units are meeting the required standards.

Sufyan remarked that the technical teams are committed to providing support to ensure all measures in the matrix are executed, achieving the objectives of the first phase (Foundation) and setting the stage for the second phase (Development).

The National Team has previously completed a reform and development matrix for 21 central and local public service units. This matrix, approved by both the team and unit officials, has already moved into the implementation stage.
