Sana'a: A workshop on countering rumors and exposing the crimes of the enemies was held on Wednesday in Sana'a, organized by the National Women's Committee. The event was attended by 20 female media professionals from various media institutions and the National Committee.

According to Yemen News Agency, the workshop reviewed several topics related to media deception, its methods and tools, as well as strategies to confront rumors. During the opening session, Dr. Ghada Abu Talib, Chairwoman of the National Women's Committee, highlighted the role of the media in confronting the American-Zionist propaganda machine. She discussed the misinformation spread to poison public opinion as part of its war on Yemen, with the aim of dissuading the Yemeni people from their stance in support of Gaza.

Dr. Yusuf Al-Hadhari also addressed the attendees, discussing the role of media professionals in exposing the crimes of the Zionists in Gaza and Yemen. He reviewed methods of deception and ways to counter them, emphasizing the importance of continuing to expose crimes of aggression, particularly the targeting of residential areas, civilians, and civilian infrastructure. This, he noted, is a response to Yemen's opposition to the American-Zionist project in the region.

Al-Hadhari further stressed the need for media outlets to focus on raising awareness about the Palestinian cause and Yemen's supportive stance for the Palestinian resistance.
