Sana'a: The ninth Yemeni Telecommunications Championship for seven-a-side football is scheduled to commence tomorrow afternoon at the Recreational Club Stadium in Sana'a. The event is organized by the Yemeni Sports Federation for Companies.
According to Yemen News Agency, this year's championship will see participation from 22 teams representing various national institutions, organizations, ministries, and companies. These teams are divided into four groups and will compete in a round-robin format during the group stage. The top two teams from each group will move forward to the quarterfinals, which will be conducted in a knockout format.
