Sana'a: Leaders and employees of the Ministry of Oil, Minerals, and its affiliated units today visited the shrines of martyrs President Saleh Al-Sammad, Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahwi and his fellow ministers, and Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Ghamari, marking the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the prime minister and his colleagues.
According to Yemen News Agency, Minister of Oil and Minerals Abdullah Al-Amir, his deputy Mohammed Al-Najjar, ministry undersecretary Nasser Al-Ajji, Assistant Undersecretary for Minerals Yahya Al-A'jam, and heads of affiliated units laid wreaths at the shrines and recited Al-Fatiha for the souls of the martyrs.
Al-Amir stated that the visit reflects loyalty to the martyrs' sacrifices, recalls their national positions, and renews the commitment to follow their path in confronting aggression. He emphasized that their sacrifices will remain an enduring source of inspiration for Yemenis to uphold steadfastness, resilience, and dedication.
The minister praised the heroic sacrifices of Al-Sammad and all martyrs, affirming continued commitment to their path under the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi until victory.
The visitors also affirmed that the martyrs' sacrifices will remain etched in Yemenis' collective memory and inspire future generations to defend Yemen's sovereignty and independence.
