Opening of ‘Yemeni Fingers’ Exhibition for Productive Families in Sana’a Al-Jadidah District

Sana'a: The 'Yemeni Fingers' exhibition, organized by the Women's Development Office in Sana'a Al-Jadidah District, was inaugurated on Saturday in Nimran Village to showcase and market products made by productive families.

According to Yemen News Agency, members of the Shura Council Mahmoud Balghaith, Abdulkhaliq Al-Mutawakil, Saleh Baynoun, Hashem Al-Saqqaf, Musleh Abu Shaar, Hussein Wasel, along with District Director Abdullah Al-Marouni, toured the exhibition and viewed its various displays, which were prepared and produced by a number of productive families in the district.

They stressed the importance of developing local products that contribute to supporting the economy, highlighting the role of women in enhancing local production and helping provide stable sources of income for productive families. They also called on the public to visit the exhibition and support local products by purchasing the items on display.

For her part, exhibition official Najoud Al-Numrani explained that organizing the exhibition comes within the framework of supporting productive families and promoting self-sufficiency in local products across various sectors. She noted that the exhibition features a wide range of products, including food items, fabrics, embroidery, clothing, jewelry, detergents, handcrafted models, and expressive artworks.
