Sana'a: Speaker of Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i on Saturday sent a congratulatory telegram to President of the National Assembly of the Republic of C´te d'Ivoire Patrick Achi.
According to Yemen News Agency, in the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Achi and the people of C´te d'Ivoire on the occasion of his country's Independence Day celebrations.
