Sana'a: Speaker of the House of Representatives Yahya Ali Al-Ra'i awarded the Parliament Shield to Engineer Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansi in recognition and appreciation of his outstanding efforts in developing and advancing the Ministry of Communications and its affiliated institutions.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony was attended by Deputy Speakers of Parliament Abdul Salam Hashoul and Abdulrahman Al-Jama'i, along with Parliament member Abduh Redman. During the event, the Speaker praised Engineer Al-Ansi's prominent role and the transformation he achieved in the communications sector during his tenure as Minister of Communications.
The Speaker emphasized the importance of honoring creative and distinguished figures during their lifetime as a means to encourage further innovation and development in providing services to citizens.
Engineer Ahmed Al-Ansi, upon receiving the honorary shield, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the gesture from the Speaker, the Parliament Presidency Presidium, and members of the House of Representatives.
