Dhamar: The Union of Poets and Singers in Dhamar Governorate organized a poetic and lyrical morning event in celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, a group of poets recited verses blending eloquent imagery and expressive delivery, highlighting the noble character, lofty status, and values of the Prophet, which elevated humanity to the highest levels of dignity and honor.
The poets also pointed to the suffering of the people of Gaza and Yemen's role in supporting them, as a true extension of the Prophetic path and a living embodiment of his message.
A number of singers, accompanied by a group of young performers, presented an oratorio that reflected the greatness of the Prophet of guidance and mercy in the hearts and consciousness of Yemenis.
For his part, the head of the Union of Poets and Singers, poet Saleh Al-Hawfi, stressed the vital role of poets and singers in highlighting the Prophet's esteemed status through poetry, prose, and chants. He affirmed that celebrating the Prophet's birthday is a message to the enemies of the nation, demonstrating Yemen's deep bond with the Messenger of God, urging poets and singers to take part in preparatory events and mobilize for the central celebration.
