Sanaa: President Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council, has issued a message of condolence following the death of Sheikh Mohammed Abdu Al-Halimi, who has died at the age of 66.

According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat sent a condolence message to Sheikh Mohammed's brother, Sheikh Mufid Abdu Al-Halimi, and the late Sheikh's sons and family members. The President highlighted Sheikh Mohammed's contributions to national and social causes, particularly his dedication to reconciliation and dispute resolution.

President Al-Mashat conveyed his heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Mufid, the sons of the deceased, and the entire Al-Halimi family residing in the Al-Nadira District of Ibb Governorate. He prayed for Allah's mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, hoping for his admittance into eternal paradise and for patience and solace for his family and loved ones.

The President concluded his message with the words, "Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."
