Sanaa: His Excellency Field Marshal Staff Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a message of condolence and sympathy on the passing of Major General Mutahar bin Ali Al-Saraji at the age of 86, after a life devoted to serving the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, in his condolence message addressed to the late general's son, Sharaf Mutahar Al-Saraji, and all his brothers, President Al-Mashat praised the deceased's virtues and his contributions to the service of his country. He highlighted that Al-Saraji was one of the prominent military leaders and a respected figure in the central districts of Ibb Governorate.
President Al-Mashat expressed his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to Sharaf, his brothers, the entire family, and the Al-Saraji clan, asking Allah Almighty to grant the deceased His vast mercy and forgiveness, to admit him into His spacious Paradise, and to bestow patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
"Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."
