Sana’a: The President of Sana’a University, Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, reviewed the operation of the pneumatics bench at the College of Engineering. This project was implemented by a number of third-level students in the Mechatronics Engineering Department as part of their practical projects.
According to Yemen News Agency, the University President, accompanied by his assistant for media affairs, Adel Al-Hababi, and the Dean of the College, Dr. Adel Rawa’, listened to a detailed explanation from the students about the project and its educational objectives.
Dr. Al-Bukhaiti praised the efforts made by the students, emphasizing that what they presented reflects an advanced level of scientific and skill awareness, and embodies the importance of directing student projects towards innovation and serving the educational process.
He pointed out that these distinguished project models represent an important pillar in developing engineering education, contribute to equipping university laboratories with locally manufactured educational kits, and open wide horizons for students in research, experimentation, and creativity.
The University President also affirmed the readiness of the university leadership to provide support and care for purposeful student projects that contribute to raising the quality of academic outputs and enhancing the applied aspect in the educational process.
