Radman District Unites for Annual Martyrs’ Commemoration

Radman: The local authority, mobilization office, and education sector in Radman district of Bayda province organized a commemorative event at al-Shaheed al-Awadhi Secondary School on the annual Martyrs' Day. During the event, District Director Radman al-Awadhi and Governor's Advisor Naji al-Hanshli emphasized that the occasion is a moment to draw lessons from the sacrifices of the martyrs and to uphold values of honor, loyalty, and steadfastness in defending the homeland.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Hanshli highlighted that the nation's security, stability, and dignity are the direct result of the martyrs' selfless sacrifices. Ibrahim al-Sahari, head of mobilization in the district, stressed that honoring the martyrs is both a national and religious duty, with their blood serving as a guiding light for future generations. He reaffirmed the state institutions' commitment to uphold their legacy.

Guidance sector official Mohammed al-Sayyed linked the commemoration to Yemen's ongoing support for the Palestinian people and the resistance in Gaza against Israeli and American enemy forces. Abdulsalam al-Amri, speaking on behalf of the martyrs, called for preserving their memory through sacrifice and fostering community solidarity to confront plots threatening the nation's security and stability.

The ceremony included student performances reflecting the occasion. Following the event, Director Radman al-Awadhi inaugurated an exhibition highlighting the heroic deeds of the martyrs, noting the exhibition's role in documenting their sacrifices as a proud chapter in history.
