Sana'a: A Ramadan evening and iftar banquet were held today in the Capital Secretariat for the staff of the General Administration of Operations in Sana'a. Participating in the evening were the Secretary-General of the Local Council of the Capital Secretariat, Amin Jumaan, the Head of the Social Affairs Committee at the Local Council of the Secretariat, Hammoud Al-Naqeeb, the Undersecretary of the Secretariat, Mazen Nu'man, the Director of Operations of the Secretariat, Ammar Al-Mutahhar, and the Director of Al-Tahrir District, Naji Al-Shi'ani. This event was part of reviving the Ramadan program and included listening to the Ramadan lectures of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
According to Yemen News Agency, Jumaan, Al-Naqeeb, and Nu'man reviewed the workflow and discipline in the Capital Secretariat Operations Department during the days of Ramadan. They discussed the mechanism for following up on the implementation of service, development, and social directives and circulars, as well as providing basic services to citizens.
They listened to an explanation from those in charge of operations about the level of performance and the nature of the work and activities carried out by the Secretariat's operations and districts throughout the day, especially during Ramadan. This is aimed at enhancing the provision of services to citizens in the Capital Secretariat and addressing their essential needs.
Jumaan and Al-Naqeeb praised the efforts of those in charge of operations in the Capital Secretariat, its sectors, local bodies, and districts. They commended their discipline at workplaces during various times and circumstances to serve citizens and improve service and development performance in the Secretariat.
The Ramadan evening included speeches, cultural segments, and the implementation of the Ramadan program. This was followed by a lecture from Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, part of a series of lessons on Quranic stories for the blessed month of Ramadan.
