Sana'a: A Ramadan evening event was held on Wednesday in Bani Matar District, Sana'a Governorate, marking the anniversary of the Great Battle of Badr and continuing mobilization activities under the slogan 'Ramadan. the Month of the Qur'an and Jihad.'
According to Yemen News Agency, during the event organized by the Mobilization Department in Matnah Square, the Head of the Guidance Sector in the governorate, Hassan Al-Abbadi, highlighted that the holy month is a significant opportunity for individuals to seek guidance, reflect, and return to Allah in repentance and devotion. He stressed the importance of drawing lessons and insights from the Great Battle of Badr.
He emphasized the need to engage with the Ramadan program and listen to the lectures of the Leader, while maintaining mobilization efforts and readiness to confront any conspiracies targeting the homeland.
The event also saw participation from district mobilization official Mutaa Al-Mutaa and district security director Colonel Ghalib Al-Karashm. The mobilization official in Matnah Square, Mohammed Al-Dughbashi, spoke about the significance of the holy month and the importance of increasing acts of worship, drawing closer to Allah through righteous deeds, and striving in His cause.
Al-Dughbashi pointed out the lessons and values embodied in the Great Battle of Badr, emphasizing their relevance in the nation's ongoing struggle against tyrants in the present era. He noted the current global conflict between truth and falsehood, stressing the need for preparedness and a high level of readiness to meet any demands of the current stage.
