Hajja: The Security Directorate of Hajja Governorate, in collaboration with the people of Bani Al-Shoumi in Mabyan District and the Al-Hammariin in Kaidahnah District, organized a Ramadan evening aimed at reinforcing faith-based identity and preparing for upcoming summer programs.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Dr. Taha Al-Hamzi, President of Hajja University. Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi, the Director of Security of the governorate, emphasized the significance of learning from the life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). He noted that the Imam represents a comprehensive school of sacrifice, knowledge, patience, and piety, and urged attendees to draw lessons in perseverance and steadfastness.
Al-Qasimi encouraged participants to utilize the remaining nights of Ramadan for worship, good deeds, and aiding the poor and needy. He described the holy month as an opportunity to strengthen unity around the revolutionary leadership, reject divisions, and prepare for potential confrontations with adversaries.
Additionally, he called for the engagement of youth in summer programs following Eid al-Fitr. These programs are designed to develop talents, reinforce connections to the Holy Quran, and shield the youth from misleading cultural influences. Al-Qasimi stressed the importance of continuous mobilization, organization, and training to be ready for any emergencies.
He also acknowledged the efforts of the governorate's tribes in supporting security agencies. Their cooperation is crucial in thwarting plots that aim to destabilize the home front and disrupt social cohesion.
