Taiz: During the nights of the holy month of Ramadan, Taiz governorate is witnessing widespread activity across its various districts, sub-districts, and villages. This activity includes Ramadan evenings, religious programs, cultural activities, intellectual seminars, and listening to Ramadan lectures by the leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.

According to Yemen News Agency, these evenings take place in a spiritual and faith-filled atmosphere that pervades the governorate, amidst a remarkable community presence that reflects the level of interaction, interest, and eagerness to utilize the holy month to strengthen religious and moral awareness and solidify the concepts of resilience and steadfastness.

In a scene reflecting community vitality, citizens flock to the Ramadan program gatherings, which witness significant interaction with the participation of social figures and representatives of official and community sectors, contributing to deepening the faith-based and cultural dimensions of the programs.

This year's Ramadan lectures witnessed widespread official and public engagement, addressing a range of issues related to the nation's current situation and future, as well as mechanisms for confronting challenges and dangers. Emphasis was placed on strengthening the connection with God and the teachings of the Holy Quran, thereby enhancing societal awareness and reinforcing the concepts of sacrifice and responsibility.

Furthermore, Ramadan camps, organized under the supervision of the local authority and the governorate's General Mobilization, continue. These camps are dedicated to listening to lectures, followed by cultural competitions whose questions are inspired by the lessons of the Leader. Cash and in-kind prizes are distributed during these competitions.

Among the most prominent of these camps are: the central camp at the Martyr al-Samad Complex, the camp at the Muhammad Hamra School in Hajdah, Maqbanah District, and the camp at the government complex in Khadir District.

The Ramadan gatherings during the first five days of the holy month were distinguished by their wide attendance. The program included spiritual themes and intellectual and cultural guidance addressing current and future issues, emphasizing the importance of strengthening one's relationship with God and adhering to the Quranic teachings in word and deed. This contributes to bolstering the community's resilience and fostering awareness in the face of various challenges.

Those in charge of the Ramadan programs affirmed that these evenings are an annual educational platform where the values of faith are renewed and the spirit of responsibility is reinforced. They pointed to their active role in nurturing the spiritual spirit and solidifying the concepts of ethics, solidarity, and cooperation.

They explained that the Ramadan programs have become a comprehensive framework for enhancing awareness, developing capabilities, and contributing to the consolidation of a culture of resilience and the values of giving. This supports social cohesion and strengthens its responsibility towards national issues, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.

Through its religious and cultural activities, the Ramadan program contributes to raising awareness and instilling faith-based values, piety, and responsibility. It also plays a role in supporting social solidarity, checking on the well-being of those in need, and strengthening cooperation and support for the families of martyrs, the wounded, prisoners, and the missing, thus embodying the values of compassion and mutual support associated with this holy month.
